In this thrilling Raingutter Regatta, Scouts will be using nothing but their breath and a trusty straw to propel their handcrafted boats down our inflatable “rain gutters.” It’s a test of skill, strategy, and a little bit of luck as they huff and puff to guide their boats to the finish line.
